The first thing I would do is to contact your bank and put a stop payment on those withdrawals immediately. Also file a dispute charge with the bank since you have a limited time to do so. Next file a complaint with your State Attorney Generals Office and the CFPB here: Third, do as Alfalfa said and look for an attorney. a lot of consumer lawyers will take the case on a contingency basis which means no money out of your pocket until the case is settled. If you cant find one, then legal aid would be your next best bet. Also be aware that many states have additional laws when the elderly are involved (I am assuming you are an old codger like me :-})

Texted early in the morning asking about a cupcake order. Then he called and I told him it was the wrong number. Then he texted with his name and that he'd like to get to know me. I understand using the wrong number, but he crossed the line.
